FAQ 1. What does "Set your price" mean? 1. What does "Set your price" mean? Setting Your Price means you are making an offer on a given product for the price you are willing to pay. Our system will respond within 1 hour from the time of your offer, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. In rare cases due to manual inventory verification it can take up to 24 hours to get a response. You can check the status of your offers by clicking on "My Offers" on the top menu. If your offer has been accepted, you will be able to proceed to submit your payment on the "My Offers" page. "Set your price" allows users to make an offer a maximum of three times on any given item. 2. How do I ensure that my offer is reasonable and will be accepted? The average retail price is posted for most items. Be as flexible as possible and base your price on furniture that you have seen in retail locations or the posted retail prices. Since Luna Furniture has a large inventory and numerous affiliates we will usually accept prices reasonably below their retail value. The closer you make your offer to the retail price the higher the chances of an acceptance of your bid. 3. Where does Luna Furniture deliver to? Luna Furniture delivers nationwide. 4. Do I include the delivery charges in my offer? No. Shipping is automatically calculated upon entering your zip code. 5. Do the delivery rates vary according to where I live? Yes. Free shipping may be offered in regions with Lunafurniture.com affiliates. 6. Do I have to pay sales tax? Sales tax will be collected by Luna Furniture for customers shipping to an address in New York State. For shipments to all other states, you are responsible, by law, for paying sales tax on the merchandise you purchase from Lunafurniture.com. 7. What is your return policy? If it has been less than 24 hours since the payment was made, you will be issued a refund at no charge. A 15% cancellation fee will apply to the total payment amount you submitted if the request for a refund is received after 24 hours following the payment. If the item cannot fit into your location, a delivery fee of 15% of the total price will be applied. In case you are unsatisfied with the item once it is delivered to your location, we will accept a return with a 30% re-stocking fee deducted from your total amount, as long as our delivery personnel are still at your location. We will not return or give refund for items once our delivery personnel have left your location. Some of the merchandise may be at our retail locations. You may wish to offer prices based on merchandise you may have seen at other retail locations. There are two ways you can find items on our website. Simply, enter the product's manufacturer number or browse by searching a manufacturer's name. 9. How do I know that the color I see on the screen is accurate? Every computer monitor displays colors slightly differently. To ensure you’re seeing the color of our products as they truly are, take the Luna Furniture Color Test. If the colors you see don't correspond what is written on them, try adjusting your monitor’s brightness and contrast. 10. When I make an offer, why do you need my personal information? Due to an extremely large volume of customers sending us offers, we must filter out the serious buyers. We will attempt to offer you the best possible price, provided it is reasonable. By sending us an offer, you do not agree to a purchase, but you must be serious about a purchase in the near future. Please do not make offers if you are not planning to buy new furniture. 11. Do you share my information with anyone? We will not share your personal information with anyone, unless it is required to complete your order. 12. Can I cancel my offer if I am approved? As stated above, please do not make offers if you are not a serious buyer. If there are outstanding circumstances and you have contacted us about it, we will cancel your offer. 13. Can I cancel my order after I have made a payment? We deliver quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours after submitting your payment. 14. What type of payments do you accept? Lunafurniture.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept checks and Paypal transfers. We will not ship your items until your check has completely cleared. Same applies to Paypal payments.
