We want to make the delivery process as simple as possible for you. Luna Furniture provides a variety of delivery options, including Threshold, Room of Choice, White Glove, Curbside, and Pick-Up.

We’ll bring your delivery inside the front door of your home. This service does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or setup of your items. Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly. A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required on the delivery receipt. You must notify Luna Furniture about any concealed damage by calling 832-900-3800 within 24 hours of delivery. You’ll need to open the merchandise, bring it to your room of choice, assemble it, and discard all packaging materials.

Delivery to the room of your choice. Our delivery team provides real-time arrival estimates. A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required. We'll email and text to confirm your delivery time and let you know when your furniture is on its way. We’ll professionally unpack and assemble your new furniture and put it exactly where you want it. We’ll thoroughly look over your new furniture, plus clean and correct any minor defects. We’ll show you all the fun features of your new furniture and teach you how to use it! We’ll remove all packaging materials and put them back on the truck for recycling & disposal.

Curbside Delivery

* The Curbside Delivery Fee is determined by the destination address. The basic fee is $299 and applies to the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN. Shipping to specific states incurs a fee of $399, including CO, ID, MT, NH, ND, OR, RI, UT, VT, WA, WV, WI, WY. For certain states (CA, DE, LA, MD, TX, VA, DC), the Curbside Delivery Fee is $199. Deliveries to specific zip codes in OK have a fee of $99.

Delivery at the exterior entrance of your residence or building on the ground floor. This service does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or setup of your items. ** In case of refusing or returning the shipment, the buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee as well as two-way freight costs. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.

Conditions:

We offer next-day delivery in the Houston area for most items. Next-Day Delivery is not available Sundays and Mondays. We ship most items to other locations the next business day. The delivery date depends on the destination. However, after shipment, it usually takes 1 to 10 business days for Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Temple, Killeen, Waco, College Station, and Bryan areas & their surroundings, and 1 to 4 weeks for the other locations, including out-of-state addresses.

Parts and products not in stock in our warehouse or with our vendors will be back-ordered after receiving your order. If there are back-ordered items in an order, even if other items in the order are in stock, all items will be shipped to the customer together after they arrive at our warehouse.

The delivery date may vary depending on the availability of the products from vendor companies, destination, weather conditions, shipping volumes, and force majeure. Please also note that changes in inventory or delivery capacity, as well as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, may delay the delivery of your order.

Damaged Products & Missing Pieces:

Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please report damaged products via our Damage Claim page. After 24 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of the damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.

Luna Furniture reserves the right to cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost-related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice. Additionally, due to unexpected high shipping costs resulting from carriers, customer might be required to pay an additional fee for shipping. If the customer denies to pay for additional surcharge fee, the order will be cancelled.

We inspect and ship all merchandise in factory manufactured condition unless stated or requested otherwise. Likewise, we make every effort by meticulous palletizing and/or thorough packaging to prevent partial loss or damage of merchandise. In case of loss or damage of shipments en route, after the shipment leaves our warehouse, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim against the freight company. In certain cases, Luna Furniture, at its whole discretion, may choose to arrange a repair service when/where possible and/or applicable. Monetary compensation of any amount will never be an option if insurance or freight liability or repair is a possible remedy of any level or kind. By law, tax exemption does not apply to orders placed and/or fulfilled in the state of TX where our HQ is located.
